A little bit about me

For many years, I was caught up in the corporate world. I worked hard, worked long hours and put a lot of pressure on myself because I didn't want to fail.

Eventually, life decided it was time for a change.

I left my job, sold my house, got divorced and moved over 100 miles back home.

It sounds like a lot — and it was — but looking back, it was one of the best things I ever did.

For the first time, I started to think about what I actually wanted.

I'd always been interested in people, the mind, spirituality and the things that make us tick, but I hadn't had the courage or opportunity to turn those interests into a business.

Then I discovered hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and the many other approaches that have become part of my work today.

I set up my business in August 2021 and I've never looked back.

Since then, I've trained with some fantastic people and continue to learn all the time. I like having plenty of tools in my toolbox because no two people are the same — and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

The story behind the names

There’s a story behind both 7 Purple Feathers and The Natural Mind Practice.

It involves a rather mysterious encounter with falling white feathers that completely changed the way I looked at things.

I combine practical techniques with intuitive understanding to help you make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach is always centred around you.

Sessions are calm, supportive and tailored to you. You're never pushed beyond what feels right, and nothing is simply done to you.

You don't need to know anything about hypnosis before you come to me. You don't need to have everything figured out either.

You just need to be open to exploring what's going on and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Who I Help

People come to me for all sorts of reasons.

And that's only the beginning.

I work with a wide range of issues and, because everyone is different, I take the time to understand you, rather than trying to fit you into a box.

Where I work

I work from my office in Wiltshire, as well as online, so I can support people locally and from much further afield.

Clients come to me from across Wiltshire and surrounding areas, including Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, Trowbridge, Melksham, Malmesbury, Bath, Bristol and Swindon, as well as from elsewhere in the UK and around the world.
