About Me

I was caught up on the corporate world for so many years. I found myself stressed about work and working all hours, with little job satisfaction. As I didn't want to fail, I continued to push myself.

Life had other plans for me and one day, it all changed. I left my job, sold my house, got divorced and moved over 100 miles back home and it was the best thing I ever did

I never had the courage or the opportunity to push my own business until now and thats thanks to hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and my other holistic skills that I now do

I set up my business in August 2021 and I've never looked back

I've been very lucky to have trained with some of the best in the world and I continue to do so as I like to have various 'tools' in my toolbox' to offer my clients

The Story of '7 Purple Feathers' & 'The Natural Mind Practice'

There’s a story behind the names. It involves a mysterious encounter with falling white feathers that changed how I saw the world.
