1. Introduction & Company Information

7 Purple Feathers Ltd is the legal entity for all services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the websites www.7purplefeathers.com and www.thenaturalmindpractice.com, and the booking of all sessions. We operate through two distinct brands:

• 7 Purple Feathers: Spiritual services, including Tarot and Echoes of Forgotten Lives™.

• The Natural Mind Practice: Therapeutic services, including Hypnotherapy, NLP, Transformational Coaching, and Somatic services.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1 Complimentary Consultation

• Purpose: A free session to discuss needs and planning. No therapeutic or spiritual work is delivered.

• Non-Attendance: If a client fails to attend two scheduled consultations, no third request will be accepted and any subsequent bookings will be cancelled.

2.2 Paid Sessions & Packages

• Booking Process: All sessions must be booked via the dedicated scheduling link on the relevant service page. Please ensure you have selected the correct location (Online or In-Person) at the time of booking.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

• Methods: Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards (subject to change). Bank transfers are by exception only and must be agreed in advance.

• Packages: A package consists of 3 or more sessions booked at the same time. These are pre-paid with the following expiry periods:

• 3-session package: 2 months

• 5-session package: 3 months

• 12-session package: 6 months

• Sessions not booked before expiry are forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Individual Sessions (Single Bookings)

• Rescheduling: Up to 48 hours in advance. To reschedule, you must use the reschedule link included in your booking confirmation email.

• Refunds:

• More than 48 hours notice: 50% Refund

• 48 hours notice or less: 0% Refund

3.2 Package Sessions (3+ Sessions)

Individual sessions within a package may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance (maximum 2 reschedules per session) using the link in your confirmation email. Refunds apply only if the entire package is cancelled before the first session has taken place:

• 7 working days notice: 50% refund

• 3 working days notice: 10% refund

• 48 hours notice or less: 0% refund

3.3 Late Arrivals & Provider Changes

• Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late result in an automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the fee. Arrivals under 10 minutes late will end at the originally scheduled time.

• Provider Cancellation: If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Client Safety & Session Conduct

• Exclusions: We cannot treat unmanaged epilepsy (without GP consent), psychosis, or clients under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

• Age Restriction: No sessions for children under 5.

• Minors (Under 18): Must be booked by a parent/guardian with a signed letter of consent. In-person sessions require an adult present; online sessions require an adult to be contactable nearby.

• Recordings: Consent is required via the booking form. Recordings (Echoes of Forgotten Lives™/Tarot) are kept for 2 months. Written transcripts or summaries are retained for GDPR and safeguarding purposes.

5. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

7 Purple Feathers Ltd is the Data Controller.

• Data Collected: Identity/Contact data (Contractual) and Health/Safeguarding data (Explicit Consent).

• Retention:

• Contractual Data: 6 years.

• Adult Health/Safeguarding Notes: 8 years post-final session.

• Under 18 Notes: Until the client’s 25th birthday (or 26th if treatment ended at 17).

• Third-Party Processors: Stripe, PayPal, TidyCal, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.

6. General Terms

• Intellectual Property: All website content and session materials are © 2026 7 Purple Feathers Ltd. No reproduction is permitted without written consent.
